Lauren Rohman
Lauren was raised outside of Washington DC and relocated to Jacksonville in 2013 when she earned her real estate license upon arrival. Her passion for real estate was indisputable, and she earned her broker’s license 3 years later. Lauren graduated from NEFAR’s Leadership Academy in 2017, has served as Chairman/Vice-chair of NEFAR Historic Area Council, and served on NEFAR’s Board of Directors from 2022-2023. Lauren has earned numerous professional certifications including AHWD, C2EX, C-RETS, EDGE, Gold Key, and PSA.
There’s a good chance Lauren will bring one of her cheerful daughters (Sammy age 4 and Natalie age 2) to a showing, loves playing tennis with her husband, and enjoys a relaxing glass of wine on her porch at the end of a busy day.
Rachel Shepard
Rachel grew up in Eastern Kentucky and relocated to Jacksonville in 2000. She transitioned from her hospitality background and earned her real estate license in 2007. As a versatile real estate professional serving both sellers and buyers in the Northeast Florida area, Rachel has dedicated herself to mastering the intricacies of real estate and property management. With a deep-rooted passion for historic homes, Rachel has extensive knowledge of preserving historic properties by maintaining their original charm. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys gardening, baking, camping trips to the mountains or the beach, spending time with her two pugs, LadyBug and Eli, and practicing her new found love of the ukulele.
Erin Armstrong
Erin is a local real estate expert, born and raised in Jacksonville, who knows the secrets of the city!
